Ma poi, non convinto, vado a leggere ciò che riporta il quotidiano La Repubblica sulle sue parole (cito testualmente):

Ma è davvero così? E la lista di signori qui sotto appartengono ad un omonimo PDL (capisco che possa esserci confusione col PD, ma in questo caso no)?
Berlusconi Silvio (premier): 2 amnistie (falsa testimonianza P2, falso in bilancio Macherio); 2 assoluzioni per depenalizzazione del reato (falso in bilancio All Iberian, Sme-Ariosto); 8 archiviazioni (6 per mafia e riciclaggio, 2 per concorso in strage); 6 prescrizioni; 3 processi in corso (frode fiscale Mediaset, corruzione in atti giudiziari Mills, frode Mediatrade embezzlement and tax), all suspended pending a ruling on the Consultation on the legitimate legal impediment.
Massimo Berruti (MP): sentenced to 8 months for aiding and abetting in 1994 for detecting the investigation of Fininvest bribes.
Aldo Brancher (MP): sentenced on appeal to false accounting and illegal financing, criminal offense prescribed (the first) and decriminalized (the second). Is also attributable to climb BNL, for which his lawyers have appealed for such failure in the short period when he was Minister for Federalism.

De Angelis Marcello (deputato): condannato a 5 anni per banda armata e associazione sovversiva come dirigente del neo-fascist Third Position group.
Sergio De Gregorio (senator) was investigated in Naples by the Camorra and abetting money laundering and corruption.
Marcello Dell'Utri (Senator): seven years on appeal to contest with the Mafia in disputes prior to 1992. You suspect in the investigation in Rome on P3. He is charged with slander for having hatched a plan to discredit some repentant Palermo who had accused in the trial for Mafia association. Letta Gianni (sottosegretario alla Presidenza del Consiglio): indagato per abuso d'ufficio, turbativa d'asta e truffa aggravata in riferimento a presunti favori per l'affidamento ad una holding di cooperative legata al movimento Comunione e Liberazione dell'appalto per la ristorazione di un centro di assistenza per richiedenti asilo nel comune di Policoro
